条款和条件 Term and condition：

  1. 报名费用政策：
    a. 报名费用不可退款，但可转成Event Credit或转让名额。
    b. 一旦付款，无论任何缺席理由，参与者仅有权获得报名费用的40%作为Event Credit，并用于下一次活动的扣除费（需在活动前一天通知主办方即可生效）。

  2. Event Credit 使用条款：
    a. Event Credit必须在2个月内用于参与小森活Moment的任何活动（除野餐活动外）。
    b. 若在2个月内未使用，Event Credit将自动失效。因此，请确保在有效期内使用。

  3. 特殊情况取消政策: 
    a.若遇到不可抗的特殊情况（如停电、火灾, 暴雨 等等），主办方有权提前通知取消、延时或另选日期或场地进行活动，所有参与者的费用将转为Event Credit。
    b.若因更改日期无法参与活动，报名费用将转换成Event Credit，有效期为2个月。

  4. 名额转让和缺席政策：
    a.若转让名额的参与者在活动当天因任何原因无法出席，该名额将视为作废，不予退款或转为Event Credit作为补偿。

  5. 活动当天缺席政策：
    a.若参与者在活动当天才通知缺席，报名费用不可退款，亦不可转为Event Credit。

  6. 差额费用处理：
    a..若使用Event Credit报名新活动，且该活动费用有差额，家长可选择支付差额或增加参加人数以填补差价，差额不予退还。
  7. 二次缺席政策：
    a..若使用Event Credit报名新活动后再次缺席，该Event Credit将视为作废，不可再次使用或退款。

  8. 参与者责任 :
    a. 所有参与者须遵守活动规则和安全指导，若参与者因不当行为而导致任何损失，主办方一概不承担责任。

  9. 条款变更权力:
    a. 小森活Moment将保留依据实际情况修改任何条款和条件的权利。

Important Terms and Conditions：

  1. Registration Fee Policy:
    a. Registration fees are non-refundable but can be converted to Event Credit or transferred to another participant.
    b. Once payment is made, regardless of the reason for absence, participants are entitled to receive 40% of the registration fee as Event Credit for use in the next event (notification to the organizer must occur at least one day prior to the event).

  2. Event Credit Usage Terms:
        a. Event Credit must be used within two months for participation in any Little Life Moment activities (excluding picnic events).
    b. If not used within two months, the Event Credit will automatically expire. Please ensure it is used within the validity period.

  3. Cancellation Policy for Special Circumstances:
    a. In cases of force majeure (such as power outages, fires, heavy rain, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to notify participants of cancellations, delays, or rescheduling to a different date or location.
    b. If a participant cannot attend due to a date change, the registration fee will be converted to Event Credit valid for two months. If the event is canceled due to force majeure, all participants' fees will be converted to Event Credit.

  4. Transfer and Absence Policy:
    a. If a transferred participant cannot attend on the day of the event for any reason, that registration will be considered void, with no refund or Event Credit compensation.

  5. Absence on Event Day:
    a. If a participant notifies of their absence on the day of the event, the registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be converted to Event Credit.

  6. Handling of Fee Differences:
    a. If using Event Credit to register for a new activity with a fee difference, parents may choose to pay the difference or increase the number of participants to cover the cost; the difference will not be refunded.
  7. Second Absence Policy:
    a. If a participant uses Event Credit for a new activity and is absent again, that Event Credit will be deemed void and cannot be reused or refunded.

  8. Participant Responsibility:
    a. All participants must comply with the activity rules and safety guidelines; the organizer is not liable for any losses resulting from participant misconduct.

  9. Right to Modify Terms:
    a. Little Life Moment reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions.
