若活动当天无法出席，报名费不可退款，可转让名额。（必须提前通知主办当局）
No refunds for non-attendance on the event day. Spot transfer allowed with prior notice to organizers.
若遇到特殊的状况(如：停电，火灾等)，主办当局有权利提前通知取消/另选他日 或者延迟进行。
In the event of special circumstances (such as power outage, fire, etc.), the organizer has the right to notify in advance of cancellation/rescheduling for another day, or postponement.
