1. 若工作坊当天无法出席，报名费不可退款，可转让名额。（必须提前通知主办当局）
   No refunds for non-attendance on the workshop day. Spot transfer allowed with prior notice to organizers.

2. 主办单位有权利提前通知取消另选他日或者延迟进行
   Organizer reserved the rights to make amendments as deemed necessary.
3. 请提早30分钟到达登记报到
